JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic SEO & GEO Marketing Executive to join Innotech Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) tasks to improve our brand’s visibility on both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.
As an Executive, you will support the implementation of cutting-edge strategies to ensure our content is not only ranked on Google but also cited and recommended by Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT,Gemini and Perplexity. We are seeking a tech-savvy individual who is eager to grow their career at the intersection of Search and AI-driven discovery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct a full technical SEO and GEO audit.
- Optimise website content for AI search engines and LLM citation.
- Implement structured data and schema markup to improve discoverability.
- Improve entity-based SEO and semantic search signals.
- Optimise website architecture for AI crawling and knowledge extraction.
- Ensure content is structured for AI summarisation and citation.
- Improve internal linking and topic clustering.
- Monitor performance using Google Search Console and AI search tracking tools.
- Develop a strategy for future AI search visibility.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience in SEO (Technical or Content Strategy).
- At least 6 months of experience or solid projects in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Proficiency in SEO tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and GSC.
- Deep understanding of AI models: Gemini, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
- Hands-on experience with Schema.org and structured data implementation.
- Strong mindset in Entity-based SEO and Semantic Search.
- Ability to research and adapt to fast-changing AI search algorithms.
- Good English reading and writing skills for technical documentation.
